<p>There are numerous vitamins and some major types, which are really beneficial in improving weight loss efforts. Our body’s weight control functions like hunger, fat and sugar metabolism, appetite or calorie burning are proven to work more efficiently with the optimal intake of some vitamins. Especially vitamin B2, B3, B5 and B6 are those weight loss improving vitamins, which worth mentioning. Including some major food types can give us the needed balanced amount of these vitamins improving weight loss, so eating fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, dairy products, fish and whole grain food instead of starving and taking diet pills can really help us lose weight and gain energy, so we can get the perfect and healthy body we deserve. </p>
