If you truly learn to love what you have, and develop a sense of gratitude for all the amazing gifts you have, then you can build on that in a positive way. The more you have to be grateful for, the more you get – it is a positive spiral that helps you create an abundant and wonderful life, and one that gives you more success, more to be grateful for, at every stage.

If you wake up and practice gratitude (remember it needs practice!) it can help you go into your day actually looking for things to be grateful for.

How often have you made a New Year’s resolution that fell by the wayside? You start out with great resolve and change your behavior for a while. Before long, however, you revert back to your old habits.

Let’s face it. Behavior change is hard. What’s familiar is always the path of least resistance. Unforeseen challenges arise and throw you off track. Things improve a little and you forget the pain that made you want to change in the first place. Before long you figure that maybe you don’t need to follow through after all.
