Now, more and more people are overweight these days, because of our unhealthy diets and lack of exercise. and most of them tend to gain weight in their belly region due to poor food choices. I’m one of them, however, I asked for advice from one of my friends, who is a fitness coach, she made a set of fitness plan for me. I have done the exercise for one month, it’s very effective,now I decide to share my experience with you.
