These are easy but effective exercises. I actually do these quite often.
These are very effective exercises. I just wish I would get into some kind of routine and start doing them on a regular basis. I thought summer would push me.
These are great exercises. I esp like the back curls. This really helps to stretch the back and relieves tension.

The nice thing about back exercises is much of the overall conditioning can be accomplished while using a rowing machine.
The muscles get a workout while you burn more fat!
It seems that all my stress settles in my back if that makes any sense. I will have to try these and see if they will be of help.

It’s often that we forget to work out our back along with our other body parts.
Tater03, it is always so very hard to build up a routine…. especially with exercising.
How I got started is to plan my week in advance and actually schedule in my exercise.
There were so many times that I was busy, but I still stopped what I was doing to go to the gym.
After awhile, I didn’t have to do it anymore.
SageMother, I’ve always wondered why in a 2500 square foot gym, there is always only one or two of the rowing machines.
I really don’t get it.
