This is so simple and do-able that I’m going to give it a try.
I agree, debrajean… a lot of times the best exercises we can do for particular body parts are very easy to do and not a problem at all.

Abs are just so easy to do at home and you don’t need a lot of those fancy things they sell nowadays to help you get fit.
Sometimes it’s better just to keep it simple.
