Has anyone ever done one of these colon cleanseings? I am just curious as to what you thought about them. I have seen them but have never tried one yet.
The closets thing I have done that is close to a colon cleanse was getting ready for a colonoscopy!
I have been skeptical of advertised colon cleansing programs because they usually require you buy something to drink or take during the process, which makes little sense to me.
If I am cleansing, why would I add a new substance to my system?

I think I read somewhere that colon cleansing actually kills off bacteria that we need in our colons, but since I can’t remember where I saw that it could be wrong.
Tater03, I’ve tried them and they work really well. The first thing you will notice that it alleviates bloating.
Just make a note that colon cleansing programs have to be used as directed.
SageMother, I’m curious about colonoscopy. I’ve seen tv programs about it and I just don’t know if it’s comfortable during the procedure.
What is your experience with it?

There really are different methods of colon colon cleansing. There are proven programs that eliminate this from happening.
However, there are a lot of dieters out there that do their own brew using ingredients that might be a little bit hard for their stomach. Those are the people that will need to watch out what they are killing…. good or bad.
