		<description>Katharina, walking totally beats in ultimate fitness than some of those 30-minute cardio hype out there.  You just have to do it longer to get the same amount of calories burned, but still, it&#039;s better all around.</description>

I&#039;ve just recently become a member of totalvid.com and it&#039;s absolutely fantastic.  I&#039;m currently on a belly dancing workout every Saturdays on my living room.</description>

I prefer treadmill in the morning and that goes the same for &quot;real&quot; walking... like before the heat of the day starts.</description>
