My new diet involves strict calorie counting. Once a day at 2:30PM, I get to eat my 100 calorie indulgence and I just love it! I'm not really cutting out the foods that I like to eat. I went to the immunologist and so far my blood tests show a sensitivity to almonds, but no reaction to peanuts yet. Woo-hoo! There’s some good news on my “nut front”.
