    Oh, to have a butt shaped like that. I remember once I bought this video that said it would give you a butt like this in 90 days. And after doing it I could see why. They were some of the most hardest exercises I can remember doing. This was interesting, thanks for sharing.

    This exercise is truly one that works. Squats and lunges are a butt’s best friend.

    This exercise sounds like something you could do during the day if you have a few extra minutes to kill. That’s how I psych myself up for exercise, not too much at one time, but a little bit here and a little bit there.

    When I think of ass exercises, I think of repititon.

    Because, really, that is the only way you can shape your butt - through hundreds and hundreds of reps.

    Calypso, it’s all about getting exercise here and there.

    You are right, you have to be really motivated to make exercise work for you.

    Another alternative for weight loss is to just go on a diet strictly, but you will have to make sure that you watch out for the loose skin.
