		<description>Katharina, I also eat breakfast eventhough most of the time I don&#039;t want to.

But it&#039;s really good to have a decent amount of energy to start the day.

I found that one toast and my big helping of butter is only about 130 calories so I am happy to have it in the mornings.</description>

		<description>Eating breakfast definitely helps me throughout the day. If I skip it, that blood sugar drop at 9:30 or 10:00 is a *really* lousy feeling and then I can&#039;t really bounce back for most of the day.</description>
