    Thanks for dropping by!

Some really good tips here! I have to admit I’m not a morning person, so I’m bad about eating breakfast at all (let alone a healthy breakfast) and my idea of exercise in the morning is getting out of bed.

  • SageMother on May 4th, 2008 at 9:28 am

Where it is good to exercise for general health purposes, it is also wise to choose bathing suits that hide your flaws.

Too many ladies try to get into suits that aren’t right for their bodies.

  • Katharina on May 7th, 2008 at 12:25 pm

I’m the exact opposite, Calypso… I have to have a decent breakfast *and* it’s my best time to exercise and get awake/moving for the day. :-)

  • Imaginary Diva on May 11th, 2008 at 11:04 pm

Calypso, LOL! I’m with you on that. Just getting out of bed and getting myself psyched out for the day is hard enough.

But, I have noticed that my day goes by smoothly if even I just have one piece of toast. I make myself eat it even if I am not hungry.

  • Imaginary Diva on May 12th, 2008 at 12:59 pm

    SageMother, that’s right!

There are a lot of guides available on the internet that can make the most of your body type. Color and fabric can also make a big deal of difference. I really do recommend everyone to google it before going out to buy this summer’s swimsuit.

  • Imaginary Diva on May 16th, 2008 at 3:01 pm

Katharina, I have to force myself to eat my breakfast…. I don’t think I’ll even have the energy to exercise before I even get my first shot of caffeine!

  • SageMother on May 17th, 2008 at 12:37 pm

ONe of the benefits of my having to live with pain medications is that I have to eat breakfast.

I have found that my weight has actually stabilized, and my walking “regimen” is more effective!

  • Imaginary Diva on June 8th, 2008 at 8:21 pm

SageMother, it’s been proven time and time again that eating breakfast can induce healthy eating throughout the day.

I bet that walking also not has stabilized your weight, but also helped you with enjoying your day.

  • Katharina on June 9th, 2008 at 9:14 am

Eating breakfast definitely helps me throughout the day. If I skip it, that blood sugar drop at 9:30 or 10:00 is a *really* lousy feeling and then I can’t really bounce back for most of the day.

  • Imaginary Diva on July 16th, 2008 at 12:40 pm

Katharina, I also eat breakfast eventhough most of the time I don’t want to.

But it’s really good to have a decent amount of energy to start the day.

I found that one toast and my big helping of butter is only about 130 calories so I am happy to have it in the mornings.
