My problem is that I’m a really picky eater and I often don’t like the food in pre-packaged meal plans. Still, they do say they customize it to suit the individual…maybe I should surf over and check it out!
It’s great to have some packaged foods available for dieters. You can’t always eat 6 small meals if you are at work and have to prepare each one from scratch.
This way eating while staying on your diet and working is easier.
I have the same problem as Calypso, I am very picky, but at the same time I see sagemother’s point - its much easier to have prepacked food.
I think I need to think about this one a bit.
I like the prepackaged meals for like lunch. They are just easy to use at work and be able to stay on your diet. I will say taste wise prepackaged meals has gotten a lot better of the past few years.
Calypso, I wish I had that problem! If I was a picky eater I wouldn’t be in the same diet boat that I am in…..
SageMother, that is really a good point.
In order to invest properly in your diet, you will need to eat the daily recommended nutrition intake, and most of the time, that really can take six different servings throughout the day.
Who has the time to make that in a day?
MrsH, it’s good though that there are so many different diet choices out there now because there is a food program that can fit even the most pickiest food eaters.
Tater03, the food definitely is getting better. And I just love it that there are more choices in desserts!
I took a look at the Jenny Craig plan, and for a person with a sweet tooth like me who can’t live without dessert, it’s just perfect!
