Gymticket.com offers the following expert advice:
1. Reseach your gyms and know your options - At Gymticket.com, you can search over 200,000 gyms to find the right fit for you. You can start with using the search feature on their website and enter your address with zip code. Gymticket.com will then provide you with the most updated information on gyms and health clubs in your neighborhood. From this point on, you can learn more about each gym by looking over their club schedules, ammenities and most import of all, the price range. What I really like about this feature is that it gives you the closest locations based on the address you provide and you can view photo galleries and virtual tours online.
2. Try before you buy - This concept is nothing new and in fact, when making a decision on which gym to become a member of, is a very smart idea. So after you have reviewed what is available in your neighborhood and you have decided to check out a couple of gyms, Gymticket.com will give you a free guest pass. And in some cases, you can even request a complimentary workout or have a free personal training session! The process is very simple. You can get your pass by clicking on the “Get A Free Pass” button, fill out your personal information and Gymticket.com will email you the pass.
3. Getting the right membership rates - Gymticket.com also offers you the inside scoop on membership pricing whether you are looking to join a Bally’s Fitness Center or Curves. If you are looking for a great deal before joining a gym, then Gymticket.com will let you know if promotions are available to make it easy for you to choose right when it comes to your weight loss and fitness plan. After all, with beach season just around the corner, there is no better time than today to join a gym and kick start a healthy habit!

I’ve never heard of Gymticket before, but I will definitely check them out next time I’m in the market for a health club.
I just checked out the website and it didn’t come up with any gyms near me. I think it’s great to offer those guest passes!
MrsH, especially with gym memberships…. they are not cheap.
If you get hooked up with the wrong gym you have the rest of your life to pay for your monthly dues.
