here is where I go ‘duh’. That was so oblivious, but I never thought about it like that. Slow and steady is the way to go.
Even when using the “slow and steady” approach, you might still end up with lots of skin, but this usually doesn’t happen unless you were morbidly obese, from what I gather.
Building muscle mass will keep you burning at rest though, so you can spend less time in aerobic exercies!
MrsH, I am so glad I decided to do the slow and steady routine because then I’d be more madder if I had to figure out a way to get rid of sagging skin!
Hmm,I like this article. I have been wanting to get rid of sagging muscles but really don’t know how to do that and now, I am enlightened that we have to shrink slow and fill in the skin with muscles so that it won’t sag anymore. Great!
Geline, my sister just signed up for Dr. Bernstein’s and she’s loosing too much weight quickly.
I told her that she needs to exercise with the diet or else she will end up having a lot of lose skin since she is planning on losing a minimum of 50lbs.
