This is a great tool. Visualization is a good motivator. I also like the fact that the “thinner” view isn’t unreasonable.

I like this idea and it seems like it would provide a lot of motivation. Often people choose pictures of models or actresses as inspiration and it’s just not reasonable… so they end up feeling as if they failed.

I think seeing yourself at your ideal weight can be really motivating!
The picture they sent back for me I keep on showing everybody.
