		<description>MrsH, LOL!  In every workout program I guess you have to stick with it through thick or thin.

I am not really sure the mechanics of how it works, but I know it has something to do with low impact cardio conditioning and elongation of the spine.</description>

		<description>I have tried pilates and even though it did give me a good stretch and some strength work out I do not really understand how this will work as a weight loss program. Maybe I stopped to soon.</description>

I find that it tones my body without all that messy and smelly body odor :)</description>
