oh I love it when they add extra calcium to dairy products. It makes it so much easier to get your daily intake without taking supplements.
This is interesting. I alway felt all yoghurts were great for losing weight. But this may do the trick.
MrsH, I haven’t gotten myself into taking the right amount of calcium my body needs on a daily basis.
However, I have been stocking my fridge lately with yogurt products loaded with the recommended daily calcium intake. It just tastes a lot of better.
I have a problem saying no to food…. but I just don’t like taking vitamins.
