		<description>Katharina, I also think 10s are too heavy for me to have if I am planning on doing a lot of reps during my workout.

I find that 5s are a good balance.</description>

		<description>Debrajean, I also find that starting out with a heavier weight like 10lbs for the first reps and then going to a lesser weight like 5 lbs for the next set is great in shaping the muscles.</description>

		<description>Me too, diva. I find 6 to 8 lb weights are a good workout for me. I can do a higher amount of reps with the small weights and not feel too achy the next morning.</description>
