So what is the point of having a sexy body with super nice abs, butt ….. and flabby arms?
Well, sometime during the summer, one of my girlfriends joined Avon as an independent sales representative. If it wasn’t for her trying to sell me items “I don’t need” off one of her catalogs, I probably wouldn’t have bought what has come to be one of the best exercise gadgets for toning my arms.
I just bought it because it was on sale and, to tell you the truth, I never really thought that it would work or that it would make such a big difference so quickly.
It’s a product made by the popular Curves Fitness For Women brand that targets your upper arms with effective, slimming sauna action that helps you shed excess water as you exercise. It’s called Curves Thermal Arm Trimmers and each package comes with two armbands made of snug neoprene material that you wrap around your arms while you exercise.
Since I’ve bought it, I have been religiously wearing it during my workout sessions four times a week. I’ve lost a little bit over an inch of flab on each arm and I’m so excited over the possibilities of losing more before “tank top” season hits next year.
Because the armbands work so well, I’ve decided to purchase the Thermal Waist Trimmer and Thigh Trimmers
, also made by Curves, to see if they work as well. I can’t wait to try them out!

You can chose from upper arms and forearms. It’s great because some of the exercises comes with a little video on how to do it properly.
And then, I use my arm bands. Works very, very well.
My sister wears neoprene when she works out and she swears by it. Maybe there’s something to it after all.
