I’ve recently been doing yoga, intially to stretch out my lower back in the mornings, but more so now for an entire workout. I like it better than a traditional work-out, seems less stressful.

I did yoga when I was belly dancing but can’t assume most of the Asanas any more. Oh well. At least I had teh pleasure while I could!
