This would be intense. I have had to do a number of programs that are like this for hockey. I am a big fan, because you go hard fast and then you are done.
Rick, I guess there is a merit to working out sports training style.
It’s good for your body to always mix up your workout with intense and low cardio.
youre right about changing the workouts up, so they are not all the same. we need to shock our systems, so it does not get used to our training. some consistency is good, but change is very helpful.
