Now that I work from home and we have a small gym in our condo, I tend to spend a little bit more time in there than I should.

		<description>In my early 30&#039;s I suffered from the over-exercising syndrome. I&#039;d spend over 4 to 5 hours A DAY exercising...at the expense of my family life. I was in the best shape of my life...but my daughter told me (now that she&#039;s an adult) how much she wished I&#039;d spent more time with her. My advice, exercise is great, but not at the expense of family. It can too easily become an obsession.</description>
