		<description>That would certainly be a good time to limit your caffeine, SageMother, yes. :-)  So far the decaf is working fine with me, so I hope that continues.</description>

		<description>Caffeine isn&#039;t something that I can have often, so I&#039;m afraid this wouldn&#039;t be a good choice for me at all. :-(  Good question, though, about why it&#039;s in a diet pill if it&#039;s supposed to be so bad for us.</description>
