A girlfriend of mine is in town from Nanaimo, an island close to Mainland Vancouver. We decided to go visit a hangout that we havent been to in ages. The bartender is a friend of mine, and I havent seen her in ages. The first thing she said was WOW, YOU HAVE LOST WEIGHT.
That definitely was such a wonderful start to my evening!
Even though losing additional pounds on the scale has been quite a challenge, I have dropped 2 1/2 in clothing sizes.

So, I’m going to tell you about my sister. She’s a diet product fad junkie.
She has a friend’s wedding to prepare for tomorrow, so I am watching my elderly mother at her house. It just amazes me how she spends her money on the internet. Let’s start with the bedroom and itemize how many diet merchandise she’s bought in the last year.
1. The Bean - It’s actually a very neat product used for doing abs exercises. It looks like a bean bag except with air inside, and it’s shaped like a half moon arc. I take a couple of tries at it and it does feel good. I have a weak neck from an accident in my 20’s and full sit-ups are a struggle for me to do. I think I will ask her when she gets back tonight if I can take it home with me. She never uses this stuff.
