		<description>Katharina, oh, this was awhile back.  I eat after 7PM now so I don&#039;t really get that hungry in the mornings.  But I do make myself eat because most of the time I don&#039;t want to eat.  I think it is very important to eat that time of the day.</description>

I&#039;ve lost a lot more weight since then and eventually I cut out the 7PM rule and started eating normally at night.

Sometimes you just need a little bit of push to take the initial weight off.</description>

		<description>This is wonderful and I am adding my own congratulations, too! That&#039;s very good, and it sounds like the plan you&#039;re following is great, too. I have always tried not to eat after 7 or 7:30 and it really does make a difference. You go!  :-)</description>
